What’s the job?

The Collar Group are working with a large well known construction company based in Northgate QLD. This business has grown tremendously over the past 12 months and are now on the hunt to hire an additional administrator to their already established team.

Key Duties:

  • High level data entry & reporting
  • Greeting contractors, sub-contractors, trades, sales reps and visitors 
  • Handling all enquires 
  • Customer service via phone, email and face to face 
  • Enter connotes into CRM 
  • Follow up with discrepancies and issues  
  • Adhoc administration as required 

You Will Need:

  • Experience within a similar role is preferred
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 with Excel and Outlook  
  • Be able to work efficiently and able to prioritise tasks
  • Have the ability to remain calm and flexible to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry (preferred)
