This is a fantastic opportunity to support the General Manager for a 3-month period on a contract with the possibility to go permanent thereafter. You’ll need to be highly adaptive to change and have great attention to detail with a positive and direct approach.
  
Key responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, screening telephone calls, routine correspondence, and maintenance of documentation
  • Variety of tasks and duties including organising and coordinating office operations and procedures
  • Attend and take minutes in meetings with the General Manager
  • Handle client enquiries on behalf of the General Manager
  • Track and manage spreadsheets alongside their cloud base system

  
Essential:

  • Will need to be able to undertake and successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An excellent customer-centric focus.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

  
Experience:

  • Extensive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience in supporting Senior Management level
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Agile and open to fast-changing environments and tasks
