Due to growth of a high performing Senior Sales Agent, our client are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about building their career in real estate sales. The role: 

  • Reporting directly to a successful Senior Sales Agent
  • Providing administrative support
  • Data entry and management
  • Prospecting/lead generation- Just Listed/Sold door knocks, calls and letter box drops
  • Prepare weekly vendor reports
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Attend open for inspections, auctions & private appointments incl building and pest inspections if required
  • Book photography/floorplan appointments
  • Preparation of pre listing kits & appraisal packs

  • Confident nature & enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Proven customer service and people focus
  • Ability to connect with people
  • Attention to detail and working to a timeline
  • Highly organised
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
  • The drive and ambition to do well in Real Estate
  • Agents Representative Certificate (Agents Registration) 
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
