Specialising in sales within our core sectors, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, securing new business, and growing the Melbourne office.

We are hiring consultants to join our team in Melbourne with previous experience in the recruitment sector.

To be successful in this role, you are a passionate, driven and commercially savvy Consultant with the drive to learn, build and maintain relationships and contribute to Collar Group’s success.

The role

  • Creating business opportunities to increase Collar Group’s growth
  • Cold calling prospective clients and arranging interviews
  • Actively bringing clients and candidates on board creating long lasting relationships
  • Sourcing and phone screening suitable candidates for job vacancies
  • Carrying out interviews with candidates
  • Advertising job vacancies
  • Onboarding successful candidates
  • Completing necessary checks for working rights and references

About you

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate with proficient use of systems such as JobAdder
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at working as part of a team
  • Good problem solving skills
