Project Manager – Electrical

About the role and company; 

Our client is a leading Electrical services and construction contractor who has been building at a rapid rate with long serving projects with builders and facilities management contractors.
Due to growth and an influx in new projects varying from $1 to $4 million they are seeking experience Projects Manager to join their established construction team.

They offer a highly collaborative working culture, promoting a positive work place, WFH options, no micromanagement, working on quality building sites with reputable builders and no residential sites.

Your day to day duties are but not limited to;

• Managing and small to medium projects – Fit out and New Build
• Managing all finances and monthly invoicing
• Managing variations and working with the engineering team
• Looking after on site sub contractors and labour
• Delivering projects on time and with-in budget
• Reporting directly into the director

Selection Criteria; 

• Trade qualified electrical
• Valid drivers license
• Two recent references
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Understanding of OHS
