The Role
Collar Group are currently working alongside one of the region’s leading & most innovative civil & earthworks contractors.
 
We are currently recruiting for up to 5 Project Supervisors for a variety of large-scale earthmoving projects across Pilbara Region!
 
Permanent positions!
Vehicle or vehicle allowance with Fuel card, Mobile, Laptop will be included – Choose between FIFO on a 2:1 ROSTER or full Relocation to the region.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
· Supervise and lead a team of construction staff and site operatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as required.
· Monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Successful applicants will have:
· Previous experience in a similar role, Minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Experience in Bulk earthworks, Civil works, Road trucks
· Experience in civil construction, road & infrastructure upgrades
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the project team & management.

• Ensure that the sites meet all the legal, health and safety guidelines;
• Successful candidates will have a Cert IV in Civil Construction and/or Cert IV Leadership.
