This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to bring their enthusiasm, energy and passion to this role – helping grow the rent roll will be pivotal to the success of this role. - BDM required – organically
- Clean and loyal portfolio (approx. 40 managements)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Ideally 2 + years’ experience
- a BDM background – ideal
- Strong leadership
- Systems experience highly desirable
- Outgoing & customer service focused
- Real Estate Certificate, drivers’ license & reliable vehicle
- Confident ability with end to end process in Property Management
- Professional personal presentation
