Property Manager & BDM – $105,000 Package + Comms

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager to join a progressive property firm in their property management team.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who can deliver exceptional customer service and is looking for an opportunity to take on an autonomous role within a well structured and supportive company.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio whilst also being responsible for Business Development. 

You will be able to manage your time as your own and have the opportunity to work from home on a permanent basis!

This company is forward thinking and progressive and you will have access to industry leading software in order to assist you with your role. 

Overview of the role:

• End to end portfolio management with the support of a Property Management Assistant (130 – 150 properties)
• Management of all stakeholder relationships
• Negotiation and execution of lease renewals
• Routine Inspections

Does this describe you?

• Agents Rep
• Australian drivers license 
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in property management 
• Immaculate presentation
• Done some BDM 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to deliver a strong customer service 
• Outstanding organization and time management
