Property Manager – Inner West – Up to $80,000

You will be walking into an office that boasts an impressive boutique brand and supportive management with great structure and processes in place so that you can focus on what you do best – Property Management.

They are a close, stable team located within Melbourne’s Inner West suburbs and are looking for their next Property Manager who is passionate and looking for a long term move. 

ROLE DETAILS:

• Portfolio of 130 – 140 properties
• Admin support
• No trust accounting required
• The occasional Saturday
• Structured and organized systems
• Parking provided
• Professional and consistent processes 
• Up to $80,000 plus Superannuation + Allowances 
• Staff events and excellent  team culture

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:

• Junior and Assistant PM’s encouraged to submit interest as well as Property Managers showing stability and proven loyalty 
• Current Vic Agents Rep 
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
• Desire to progress in the industry
