They are a close, stable team located within Sydney’s Lower North Shore and are looking for their next Property Manager who is passionate and looking for a long term move. 

ROLE DETAILS:

• Portfolio of 130 – 140 properties
• Admin support
• No trust accounting required
• Monday – Friday role
• Structured and organized systems
• Parking provided
• Professional and consistent processes 
• Up to $80,000 plus Superannuation + Allowances 
• Staff events and excellent  team culture

THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years experience as a Portfolio Property Manager showing stability and proven loyalty 
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and own vehicle 
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
• Desire to progress in the industry
