Join a highly respected and professional team with an industry-leading brand! We are looking for an experienced Property Manager capable of efficiently managing a portfolio end to end and confident to work autonomously but also with a wider team.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading real estate agent, with great development and support opportunities!
Duties including:
- Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Manage repairs
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
- Manage a portfolio of 150 properties

Skills and experience
- Previous Property Management Experience
- Current Vic Driver License
- Current Agents Rep
- Conflict Resolution
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- To work within a strong team based environment
