We are working with a heavy fabrications client located in Kewdale who are looking for a Business Support Administrator for a temporary position of 3 months.

  • Location – Kewdale, Perth
  • 3 month temporary position
  • Full time hours
  • $32 – $35 per hour + superannuation

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Reception duties
  • Entering invoices into the database
  • Creating requisition orders
  • Assist Accounts with completing Supplier Credit applications
  • Organise and book travel and accommodation
  • Ordering uniforms and office equipment 
  • Setting up supplier cards
  • Maybe required to assist when needed, with inductions for subcontractors 
  • Supporting with entering of timesheet information
  • Managing multiple mailboxes and actioning any incoming items


  • Must have experience in a Business Administration support role
  • Intermediate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work autonomously
