What is the Role?
We’re growing… and FAST! This is a super exciting time for Collar Group as we expand our operations across Australia. We need the assistance of an Aged Care Recruitment expert to join us as Principal Recruitment Consultant – Aged Care to help shape the future of our organisation. This role includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • 360 Recruitment – key focus on BD & building a profitable desk
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Sourcing well-suited candidates for variety of fantastic opportunities
  • Building & maintaining good relationships with candidates
  • Developing strong sales pipelines, whilst maintaining excellent service delivery
  • Ensuring all relevant advertisements are posted and all applications responded to
  • Creating and maintaining a strong talent pool of diverse candidates
  • Demonstrate fast response times to client and candidate queries and requests
  • Promoting Collar’s services through proactively attending suitable networking events, trade shows and other public relations activities

What Experience do you need?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Principal Recruitment Consultant – Aged Care with a genuine passion for people, a positive “can-do” attitude, a high attention-to-detail, and a strong drive to make a difference in the Recruitment Industry!

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Recruiting for Aged Care Essential
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of 360 Recruitment Experience
  • Proven Business Development Experience
  • Proven Account Management Experience
  • Experience in Delivering Client-Focused Solutions
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills & Client Relationship Management Skills
  • Attention to Detail & Ability to Strictly Follow Due-Diligence Processes
  • Solid Understanding of Recruitment Industry ‘Best Practices”, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
  • Relevant Business Qualification (Advantageous, but not Essential)
