Recruitment Coordinator | Property Industry | Richmond Location

Collar Group is on the lookout for a driven and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to help our team deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates. The role will be dealing with candidates end to end. Some of the duties entail; screening, interviewing, job advertisements and proactively souring candidates through headhunting and talent pipelining whilst also building long lasting relationships.

Working in a ever evolving industry where your priorities will change frequently, your challenge is to manage your day accordingly and deliver on our client and candidate satisfaction. We are looking for a Talent Specialist with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Self-driven
• Can come from Real Estate/Sales Background and wants a genuine career in Recruitment
• Ability to build relationships with all types of people and levels 
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Great team mentality and goal focused
• Able to think on their feet and outside the box
• Adaptable and resilient 
• Previous experience in a recruitment, property and/or sales related environment will be looked upon favorably
