What’s the job?
You will be a part of the Facilities Management team working as a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, your typical day will include:

  • Screening applications & interviewing candidates via phone or face-to-face
  • Mobilisations – onboarding successful applicants, gathering all compliance documents organising medicals & PPE
  • Working closely with Account Managers to assist filling jobs 
  • Utilising the company database to ensure compliance is accurately tracked and updated
  • General administration duties – answering incoming phone calls

You will need:

  • Experience within a similar role is preferred
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Be able to work efficiently and able to prioritise tasks
  • Have the ability to remain calm and flexible to adapt to changing priorities
