Multiple positions available for Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses across multiple Aged Care & Community sites in South Australia!
- Temporary and Permanent Positions Available
- Double Time on Weekends + Public Holidays
- ASAP Start PLUS $150 care package upon joining Collar Group
- FREE scrubs after your second shift with us!
What do you need to have?
- AHPRA Registration in Australia
- COVID Vaccination (including booster)
- 1 year minimum experience of working in Aged Care or Community
- Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these
- Reliable vehicle & full driving license or alternatively proximity to public transport links
- Smartphone
What will you be doing?
- Clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
- Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education
- Infection control and prevention
- Palliative care, restorative care and pain management
- Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
- Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health
