Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses Tasmania

Collar Group is currently hiring for passionate Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to cover weekdays AM, PM and Night shifts, as well as some weekend shifts for multiple Aged Care sites in Hobart!
 

• Casual, Temporary Contract and Permanent Positions Available
• Double Time on Saturday, Sunday + Public Holidays
• ASAP Start
• As a Collar Casual RN or EN, you can request for shifts on days that suits your schedule!

New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply for Permanent roles!

What do you need to have?

• AHPRA Registration in Australia
• COVID Vaccination (including at least one booster)
• Flu Vaccination
• 6 months minimum experience of working in Aged Care
• Current Police Check (under 12 months old)
• Working with Vulnerable Card (with NDIS endorsement) OR
• NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Reliable vehicle & full driving license or alternatively proximity to public transport links

What will you be doing?

• Clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
• Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Family and resident education
• Infection control and prevention
• Palliative care, restorative care and pain management
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health
