The Role:
Providing a stabilising and friendly influence to our sites; this role is idea for someone who enjoys making a difference and learning what it’s like to operate across multiple kitchens.

Roster: Mon – Fri (9:00am – 5:00pm)

Show me the Money:
$80,000 + super + travel allowance!

What This Role Involves:

  • Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
  • Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
  • Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
  • Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
  • Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
  • Assisting the broader team as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Certificate III (or similar) in Commercial Cookery (Trade Qualified)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs
  • Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Reliable transport to travel to and between sites

Please Note:
As a result of revised standards around health & well-being in the aged care industry, all applicants must have a current year flu vaccination and be able to provide proof of the COVID vaccination. Candidates will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
