About the role
  
Your main responsibilities will include: the delivery of high quality person centred care, HR management, ensuring effective operational procedures are in place, revenue optimisation & adherence of accreditation & quality standards.
  
You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of budget and performance benchmarks, implement and monitor procedures and standards in line with aged care accreditation & standards.
  
Your positivity and motivation will play a key part in your management style and you will be keen to ensure a great working environment for your teams, maximizing productivity. Having great communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to achieve a high standard of living for your residents.
  
Summary of duties

  • Provide leadership & direction to care team members
  • Actively promote a collaborative & homely environment
  • Resident & family engagement & feedback resolution
  • Maximisation of revenue in line with budgets & KPI’s set.
  • Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met to a high standard

  
About you

  • AHPRA RN registration with previous leadership experience
  • Dynamic & resident focused leader
  • HR, Finance & Budget management experience
  • Understanding of accreditation standards
  • Experience with the achievement of KPI’s
