Located in the most sought-after dining precincts in Sydney, this elegant 80-seat dining room offers a share style menu inspired by France’s best brasseries. Pair this with delightful wines from across Australia and Europe’s finest grape-growing regions you are in for a real treat. YOU & ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager to be the face of this fabulous CBD restaurant and lead the daily operations to build on an already fantastic reputation. To be successful in this role you will need to show the following

• Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium dining environment
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
• Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
• Multifunctional and proactive in all aspects of your work with a hand on approach
• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills
• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Overseeing reservations and building relationships with regular guests
