The Position 

  • Manage the listing to sale admin processes for multiple sales representatives
  • Database management
  • Run social media platforms
  • Property Marketing, signboards, brochures, upload to CRM etc
  • E-Marketing newsletters & price changes
  • Monday – Friday 
  • Assisting with diary management
  • Contract management
  • Book Photographers, Copy and Final inspections
  • Liaise with suppliers & contractors
  • Organise settlement gifts
  • Assistance with office event planning & marketing
  • CBD Location 

Skills and Experience

  • Must have Real Estate Sales/Admin/Marketing experience 
  • Immaculate attention to detail and fast learner
  • Tech savvy
  • Drivers license and a reliable car
  • Ability to work within a small team and under own initiative
  • Outstanding customer service and CAN-DO attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent and clear communication skills
