This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large company, supporting the P&C Manager for a temporary position until November 2023.
 

  • Located in Burswood
  • Temp position until November 2023
  • Superannuation on all hours

 
The role will be responsible for  supporting the HR team with various projects and HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, change management, training and development, performance management and reward recognition.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to Line Managers and employees on general Human Resources issues
  • Coach and support line managers to effectively manage performance management issues
  • Support the HR Manager with the recruitment and selection of key roles and liaise with the recruitment team for labour hire needs
  • Create and maintain productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and external organisations
  • Monitor various reports to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate employee surveys, analyse results and identify trends and implement actions plans
  • Develop and facilitate HR related workshops and training for Managers and employees
  • Provide input in the review of policies and procedures

  
Experience:

  • Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or Psychology (or working towards)
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment is highly (Desirable)
  • Must have an experience in performance and case management (Essential)
  • At least 3 years experience in a HR Advisor role is (Desirable)
  • Experience in working with Line Managers to manage outcomes 
  • Experience in planning and facilitating training and workshops
  • Understanding of contemporary human resources practices, procedures and strategies 

  
Requirements for the role:

  • A national police clearance with full disclosure maximum 3 months old
  • 2 references. These references must be completed by individuals that you have known a minimum of 5 years and cannot be family relatives.
  • A picture of yourself in jpg format (white background exactly like a passport photo but you can smile if you would like to, portrait photo and only include above the shoulders)
  • Ability to maintain Casino Special Employee Gaming License (Essential)
