The role will see you that you are a part of a culture which focuses on creativity and collaboration; due to strategic growth and an influx of new work, they are seeking a experienced Senior Project Architect to be the face and leader of prestigious projects in their Multi-Residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of large scale Multi-Residential projects with emphasis on construction and documentation (70-100+ units)
- Liaise with the in house team to establish deliverables and appropriate amendments
- Client facing and on site responsibilities including building relationships and coordinating with external stakeholders
- Utilizing time management to ensure favorable project outcomes
- Be a part of the team and bring the best of out of your staff
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years experience leading projects
- Strong experience in Multi-Residential
- Proficiency of construction documentation in Revit
- Knowledge of BCA, codes and Australian standards
- Bachelor / Masters of Architecture
- Full working rights within Australia
