They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained portfolio! In this role, your main focus will be on managing client relationships and running a well maintained portfolio of loyal clients.

The Position

• Manage a well maintained portfolio of 200 properties
• Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
• Entry & Exit inspections and reports 
• Manage rental arrears
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Process lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
• Flexibility to help them grow with New Business!

The Person

• A solid track record in Property Management is essential
• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) 
• First class communication skills, great customer service and a natural rapport builder
• A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out
• Someone who can work autonomously but can also delegate to others and work as a team
• You will ideally live locally/have a knowledge of the South West marketplace 
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Valid driver’s license / vehicle
