Collar Group is the fastest growing Recruitment Company in Australia and we have the opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our Industrial team.
About the role:
joining our NSW team you will be exposed to the Warehousing, Manufacturing and FMCG spaces.
Having full access to some of the leading recruitment programs and on the job training you will have the opportunity to make your desk your own.
This role also allows you the opportunity to have work life balance with 2 days Work from home and 3pm finishes on Fridays!
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and build great relationships with clients and candidates
- Posting Job adverts
- Coordinate background and reference checks
- Forward offer and contract details to candidates
- Manage a database of existing candidates
- Attend site meeting with clients and candidates
- Business Development and organic growth within the team.
Skills and experience:
- Previous recruitment experience- all areas considered
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Oustanding phone manner
- A can do attitude
- A team player works well within our team
- A driver’s licence will be an advantage
