About you and the role
This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sous chef to take on their next challenge. Working closely with the head chef and management team, you will be reasonable for all elements of the kitchen operation. To be successful in this role you will need to show the following
- Build, develop and mentor a diverse team keeping to the values of the business
- Maintain effective communication
- Passionate about providing the highest standards of service and the hospitality industry
- Be compliant, understanding all work-related legislations
- Multifunctional and proactive in all aspects of your work with a hand on approach
- Creativity around menu development and food presentation
- Proven career progression in reputable kitchens, experience in French cuisine a must
- Experience in leading large teams
- In-depth understanding of all BOH systems
