About the role and company; 


Our client is a family owned and operated HVAC contractor who has been operating in Sydney for over a decade. 
They Specialize in the service and construction of chilled water, central plant, commercial, retail and industrial air conditioning systems. 

Due to a recent internal promotion they are now seeking an experienced Service Manager to manage a team of 8 – 10 technicians and help deliver on the current service contracts. 
This role is purely service based an requires no Business Development. 

Your day to day duties are but not limited to; 

  • Managing and small to medium service port folio 
  • Pricing and developing new service and maintenance contracts  
  • Managing a team consisting of HVAC technicians, apprentices, admin staff and invoicing. 
  • Managing clients and on site contractors  
  • Training and development of apprentices 
  • Working with multi trades, senior management and internal staff
  • On site meetings 
  • Managing safety and OHS 


Selection Criteria; 

  • Trade qualified air conditioning 
  • Valid drivers license 
  • Two recent references 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong time management 
  • Understanding of OHS
