Site Engineer

Collar Group are seeking several Site Engineers to become integral members of exceptional project teams. Leveraging your proven background in both site operations and engineering, you will:

• Forge strong partnerships with site supervisors, offering engineering expertise and technical aid.
• Cooperate effectively with subcontractors to ensure the punctual completion of tasks.
• Devise inventive answers to intricate problems while upholding safety, environmental standards, specifications, design criteria, and contractual obligations.
• Supervise work quality assurance and manage procurement necessities diligently.

As an Engineer, you’ll need a deep understanding of the daily challenges impacting civil construction sites. This knowledge will empower you to make informed decisions aimed at optimizing the project’s overall success, including factors like profitability, efficiency, project timeline, and interpersonal dynamics.
  
About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Willing to live away from home.
• Have site based and hands-on experience in civil construction.
• Able to hit the ground running.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
• previous experience working on wind or solar farm projects.
