About the role and company;
Our client is a leading HVAC services and construction contractor who has been building at a rapid rate with long serving contracts with builders and facilities management contractors.
Due to growth and an increase of projects they are now seeking an experienced senior projects manager to deliver chilled water, commercial construction and major works up to $10 million.
They offer a strong work/life balance with their projects managers averaging a 45 hour working week – no weekend work!
Your day to day duties are but not limited to;
- Managing onsite subcontractors and labour
- Managing variations and progress claims
- All on site finances
- Managing safety and OHS
- Managing site managers and engineers
- Working with senior management
- Dealing with builders, facilities management contractors and
Selection Criteria;
- Trade qualified air conditioning or mechanical
- Valid drivers license
- Two recent references
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Understanding of OHS
