Site Manager – Snowy Hydro

The Role:
Cabramurra Bar and Bistro are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day 
This role will be primarily Front of House but will involve providing relief in various hospitality functions. Good administration skills will be regarded highly.

Roster: 
Mon-Thurs | 4 days on, 3 days off EVERY WEEK!

Show me the money: 
$85,000 plus super 

There are amazing facilities onsite (4 star rooms, pay TV, gym, swimming pool, games room etc).
All meals will be included when on duty with site allowance also applicable. 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Hospitality qualifications are an advantage
• RSA (Right to Serve Alcohol)
• Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs 
• Previous experience in running kitchens and/or site management
• Strong communication skills
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
