About the role and company;
Our client is a leading electrical and construction contractor who has been operating in Australia for over 20 years.
Due to growth and an influx in new service contracts they are seeking experience team leaders/ Site supervisors to join their dynamic construction team.
They offer a highly collaborative working culture, promoting a positive work place, genuine career growth and most of their staff have a tenure of 10 + years.
This is a 50% on the tools role and will grow into a project manager role.
Your day to day duties are but not limited to;
- Commercial fit out on commercial sites, high-rise buildings and schools
- Managing clients and on site contractors
- Training and development of apprentices
- Working with multi trades, senior management and internal staff
Selection Criteria;
- Trade qualified electrical
- Valid drivers license
- Two recent references
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Understanding of OHS
