Collar Group has been retained by one of our National Key Accounts who are a leading contract focused on delivering pavement construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance solutions, to source a Site/Project Engineer to join their growing business.  

Purpose of the position:   Reporting to the Regional Manager, The Site/Project Engineer role is specifically tailored for a dedicated and motivated individual, with previous experience in road and earthwork projects. This role requires experience in dealing directly with the client, managing the development and implementation of systems, and project delivery.  

  • $110,000 – $120,000 + 30% site uplift + Super
  • FIFO – 3:1 Roster although after 6 months it may become flexible (potential to 10:4)
  • Located in the Goldfields

 
  WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:  

  • Tertiary qualified degree in Civil Engineering;
  • A background within the Civil Construction industry with a suitable understanding of construction projects, work activities, resources with sound plant capability and productivity knowledge;
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience
  • Demonstrate experience to lead a team with the ability to build a culture of accountability and performance;
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant codes and standards;
  • Good understanding of cost control, cost forecast and time deliverables;
  • Current unrestricted Drivers License.
