The Role:
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Site Supervisor at our Bar and Bistro in Cabramurra!
This role will be primarily Front of House but will involve providing relief in various hospitality functions. Good administration skills will be regarded highly.
Roster:
Thurs – Sun (10:00am-9:00pm) – One hour break
Salary:
$72,000 plus super – 4 days on/3 days off
We offer amazing facilities onsite (4 star rooms, pay TV, gym, swimming pool, games room etc). All meals will be included when on duty with site allowance also applicable.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Hospitality qualifications are an advantage
- RSA (Right to Serve Alcohol)
- Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs
- Previous experience in running kitchens and/or site management
- Strong communication skills
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
