What’s the Job?
Collar Group have partnered with a large Australian catering company to provide talented Chefs to recreational facilities in Queensland.

So what will you be doing?

  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks to the highest standards
  • Maintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering completed in line with facility budgets.
  • Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude

How do you get this role and what Collar needs from you? 
We are looking for an experienced Chef with the following qualities and skills:

  • Experience in kitchens and food preparation
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Knowledge of special dietary requirements/modified meals beneficial

All successful candidates will be required to provide the following; a National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check,  proof of the COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
