Structural Civils Supervisor

The Role
Collar Group are currently working alongside a very well known family owned civil engineering and concrete structures business.
 
We are currently recruiting for a Structural Civils Supervisor for a large-scale civil engineering & concrete structure project in the Perth metro area.
 
Permanent position!
 
Vehicle or vehicle allowance with Fuel card, Mobile, Laptop will be included.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
• Supervise and lead a team of construction staff and site operatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as required.
• Monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Successful applicants will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Concrete Structure and large scale concrete works
• Experience in Bulk earthworks, Civil works, Road trucks
• Experience in civil construction, road & infrastructure upgrades
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the project team & management.
