About the role and company;
Our client is a leading HVAC services and construction contractor who has been operating in Australia for over 20 years.
Due to growth and an influx in new service contracts they are seeking experience team leaders and service supervisors to join their dynamic service team.
They offer a highly collaborative working culture, promoting a positive work place, genuine career growth and most of their staff have a tenure of 10 + years.
This is a 50% on the tools role and will grow into a service/ account managers role.
Your day to day duties are but not limited to;
- Preventive maintenance on commercial sites, high-rise buildings and central plant
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance
- Managing a team consisting of HVAC technicians, apprentices, admin staff and invoicing.
- Managing clients and on site contractors
- Training and development of apprentices
- Working with multi trades, senior management and internal staff
Selection Criteria;
- Trade qualified air conditioning
- Valid drivers license
- Two recent references
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Understanding of OHS
