Team Leader – HVAC

THE COMPANY
Join a leading HVAC contractor who has been operating in Australia for over 30 years. Due to growth and an influx in new service contracts they are seeking experienced HVAC technicians to join their well-run service team. Located in Seven Hills, they offer a highly collaborative working culture, promoting a positive work place, genuine career growth and most of their staff have a tenure of 10 + years. 
  
THE ROLE
Main duties would include (but are not limited to);

• Liaising with clients
• Managing 5-10 people
• Scheduling service runs – diff techs, they will have a schedule run
• HR & complaints
• Safety talks – OHS and SWIMS
• Invoicing
• Reporting to the Service and Operations Manager

THE CANDIDATE
To be successful for this role you will have;

• Previous experience within this industry
• Experience in fire protection inspection and testing
• Testing and minor repairs of dry, wet and passive fire systems
• Proven ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• A great attitude and strong work ethic
• Have a hands on and energetic attitude
• SIM or Quest CRM experience
