Opportunity on Offer:
Established for over 25 years, our client is a well-known and established construction company with a phenomenal reputation across the industry. Due to their administrator being on leave, they are on the hunt for a professional temp / administrator to help cover for a 4-week period from 17th April to 12th May 2023.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone, email and face to face enquiries
  • Daily reports for technicians / tradesmen 
  • Scheduling jobs and confirming with clients
  • Invoicing (using XERO)
  • Ordering of equipment and stock 
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Adhoc administration as required

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Previous XERO exposure and experience 
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
