What is the Role?
We’re growing… and FAST! This is a super exciting time for Collar Group as we expand our operations across Australia. We need the assistance of a Tender Administrator to join our Perth operations, based in Burswood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties to contribute to the commercial aspects of our operations. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the achievement of the executive leadership group. This role includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Preparing and publishing tender documents
  • Receiving and assessing tender submissions
  • Managing the contract and tender lifecycle

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish tender documents in accordance with company procedures
  • Receive and assess tender submissions
  • Provide administrative support to the Tender/Bid Team
  • Maintain records of all tender and contract activity
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to tendering and contracting regulations
  • Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership Team

What Experience do you need?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Tender Administrator with a genuine passion for people, fast-paced environments, as well as a positive “can-do” attitude to join our team.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in tender administration (desirable)
  • Understanding of tendering and contracting processes (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous experience in managing diverse administration tasks for medium-large businesses
