Our client is currently seeking multiple User Researchers to join a long-term contract in a Government agency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development.
  • Planning and conducting user research studies using appropriate methods, analysing research data, collaborating with stakeholders and helping to create and maintain a user-centred design process.

Required experience

  • Qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 4+ years of experience conducting user research, strong analytical skills, and a passion for user-centred design.
  • Ability and proven experience in planning, designing, and conducting user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research
  • Experience in analysing research data and report findings to the product team and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders to inform the design and development of products and services within the government industry
  • Understanding of government procurement practices and working in an Agile team is helpful but not essential.
