Your day-to-day duties are but are not limited to
- Ensure all inwards and outwards goods procedures are followed and accurate inventory levels are maintained.
- All stock movements are recorded on the correct paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Goods movements are correctly recorded in the system within 24 hours.
- Periodic monitoring of stock accuracy.
- Monitor and recommend alterations of stock levels.
- Ensure compliance to OH&S requirements and recommend improvements in this area.
- Maintain all spare parts storage areas.
- Issue all spare parts to the service technicians.
- Ensure all parts are issued to the service technicians in accordance with the company process.
- Computer Knowledge.
