Sitting people. This sumbolizes people sitting. Everyone being together, talking, telling stories are a big part of aboriginal culture.
Meeting places and travelings. Having meeting places and travling to be together is important to aboriginal people, collective of all the Collar sites. You see everyone at meeting places and travelling to be together.
Water ways. Being based close to the Derbari Yerrigan (Swan River) this is in representation where Collar is situated. This area has a lot of spiritual and cultural significance to Nyoongar people.
Natural Flora. This represents the natural flora of the area. Aboriginal people are very intune with the changing of the seasons, and relied on this survival.
Rivers/lakes. The small rivers and lakes that link the people together are a way to keep connection. A way to know and remember their way to and from.
