The Role

As the Clinical Care Manager of a top performing Residential Aged Care Facility on the Sunshine Coast, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also provide strong leadership to the dedicated healthcare team, guiding them to deliver exceptional care to residents. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
• Implementing and maintaining a person-centred care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and upholding Aged Care Quality Standards
• Providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, developing care plans, monitoring care quality, and fostering effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders

  

Key Candidate Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
• Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role
