Join a dedicated and compassionate team as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive and well-established aged care facility within the Townsville region. You will be fully supported by your Care Manager, who will ensure you have all the resources necessary to excel in your role. The facility offers a warm and inviting environment, enabling you to make a significant difference in the lives of residents while fostering a sense of joy and well-being. ▶️ Responsibilities
- Lead, educate, and mentor the clinical team to deliver exceptional care
- Deliver person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical and care service delivery
- Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
▶️ Key Candidate Requirements
- AHPRA registration
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Valid National Police Check
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours
- Excellent clinical knowledge in wound management
- Familiarity with clinical documentation systems
