Recruitment

In collaboration with industry partners, we create the strongest possible candidate pool through tested processes and role matching to ensure a strong cultural fit.


Working closely with our industry partners, we use our tested systems and processes to build the strongest possible candidate pool. From here, we pre-screen, interview and assess each candidate, in addition to our WHS inductions and industry-specific evaluations to best understand each candidate's suitability for a role to thereafter guarantee the most optimal fit for a specific role.


We encourage our hosts to be involved in this process and attend second round interviews to help build that relationship between candidate and client from an early stage, promoting a strong cultural and interpersonal fit.

Onboarding

We ensure all our apprentices meet the required compliance standards and arrive on-site trained and fit to work.


Once an apprentice is selected, we ensure they meet the required industry compliance standards. Let us handle the details – from facilitating high-risk tickets to completing drug and alcohol checks. We'll ensure that our apprentices arrive on-site skilled and fit for the work ahead.

Induction

Equipped with proper PPE, apprentices are greeted on-site by our Field Officers, ready to help them navigate their career journey.


We understand just how reassuring a friendly face can be; therefore, our Field Officers attend site alongside our apprentices. Apprentices will be introduced to their site supervisors and provided with appropriate PPE by Field Officers on day one. Playing a crucial role in the induction process, Field Officers will continue to frequent sites to help our apprentices transition smoothly, navigate the start of their careers and answer any questions they or their supervisors might have.

Ongoing support

Monthly site visits, payroll, training plan progression, employee assistance programs and ongoing recruitment assistance to ensure our candidates are given every opportunity to thrive.


Our candidates are never alone. We'll provide ongoing support through monthly and ad hoc site visits, training plan progression, payroll, administrative support, and ongoing recruitment assistance. This way, we can provide the best possible experience for all parties.
